Pumpkin Pacer 2011

It is that time again.  Time for the Pumpkin Pacer 5k in Deer Park.  This time Kristin and the girls joined the gang!  A unicorn and a horse.  Almost everyone dresses up in costumes.  Fun time on a beautiful fall day!
Cowgirl Jackie with the horse and unicorn!
The crowd was gathered around the t-shirt pick up!
 Deanna the elephant!
 Kristin with Lucy!
OK here we are!  Back row left to right...Kristin, Deanna, Sheila, Cheryl, Aimee, Kristen.  Bottom is Lucy, Layne and me.
Deanna, Cheryl, Aimee, Kristen and Aimee's aunt
 Where's Waldo...Waldo is with Sheila
Gotta love the cowgirl belt with boots on it.
 Lesley and her son Mateo
These guys crack me up.  John and Cheryl and family are the best posers for pictures ever!
 Lovin' the wig Kristin!
So cute.  Don't you love the Black Eyed P!
 Off they go!
Oh my!  That is a large person!
Notice the guy with an ax through his head carrying a small dalmatian.  Scary.
Mile 1 and we still know where Waldo is!
 Nice face Jackie!
 The ax again!
Kristin had a big job when they were both in the stroller.  That wasn't often though because Layne wanted to run!
 Two cuties at mile TWO!
Come on!  Don't you want to go fast! I want to win!
Kristin said, "What is wrong with this picture?"
 Almost there!
 You made it Lucy!
Yehaw!  A cowgirl and her horse!
 The girls shirts!
 Cute!
Deanna and Dave!  I took the picture right into the sun.  You can still tell it is Deanna and Dave though!  I have to break Dave into this picture thing slowly!
Really, I didn't think the shirts could get any brighter than last year.  They did.
 Playing with the straws
Here is is!  The prized shirt!
 Little Lucy!
What a fun morning.  Of course we got our usual coffee after the race.  Love that tradition.  Nothing better than visiting with Cheryl and Sheila.  After coffee we said goodbye to Layne, Lucy and Kristin.  We headed into Spokane and made a stop at Big R. I had to take a cowboy hat back that I bought (not the one I was wearing today). Cheryl and Sheila found a new place to shop.  Who knew Big R had such fun stuff.  Great day and great company!
