Thursday was a day of traveling to the airport to pick us sisters and visiting family. Dee Dee was the first to arrive. I took her to The Runners Soul to get fitted for some shoes for Bloomsday. As you can see she purchased some shoes and they were just like mine. We find that happens a lot with the three of us! Phones, shoes, house stuff! We stopped for a little lunch at O'Doherty's! Yum!
Patti arrived later in the afternoon and we made a beeline right up to Kristin's. Neither Dee Dee or Patti had met the precious little girls that live there! It took Layne about 1 minute to warm up to the aunts and Lucy about 5 minutes.
I tried not to hog all the time with them but I couldn't resist a little H U G!
Kristin was nice enough to cook us a wonderful dinner! We were all anxious and ready to chomp it down!
Does she think no one can see her behind that watermelon!
Lucy discovered the pleasure of oranges and grapefruit. Her dad brought some home and they were so delish!
Lucy and Dee Dee played with some of the favorite toys!
Of course Layne got her princess dress on for us. She loves to dress up. Patti and Dee Dee taught her the princess wave! Important to know when you are a princess you know!

Precious little Lucy!
On the way home we went by the place where my mom and step dad used to spend the summers. The people that own it now fixed it up nicely. It sits on 2 acres of land. A beautiful setting and it was just perfect for Ralph and Lucy to spend a couple of months in during the summer in Spokane. We miss them both but they are happy and together!
